BLUEBAY GROUP CELEBRATES THE SECOND EDITION OF ITS TOURISM AWARDS
The hotel chain presented their awards last night at a gala dinner attended by professionals and various personalities.
Last night, BlueBay Group presented the awards of the second edition of the “Bluebay Travel Awards,” in recognition of the major tourist companies who excelled in their market during 2015.
The event, held in the centrally located Casino de Madrid as a prelude to the start of the FITUR fair, was attended by numerous tourism professionals as well as various personalities including tourism ministers, mayors and councilors of featured municipalities, media directors, ambassadors and consuls, among others.
The awarded companies were WestJet, Air Canada, Hotelbeds, Jet2Holidays, TUI Group, Lowcostbeds, Booking.com, Municipio de Solidaridad, Wamos and Transat.
In the words of the new Director General of the hotel group, Ramón Hernández, “this year comes loaded with huge challenges for a company like ours, which is experiencing a number of important developments in its policy of expansion and growth.” He also added that “the key to the continued success of the brand is the confidence that customers express every year by choosing our facilities around the world to enjoy their holiday periods; a factor that encourages us to continue working hard everyday to keep climbing the ladder in our continuous pursuit of excellence.”
BlueBay Group will be present at FITUR today at stand 8C03 (Hall 8) and tomorrow at 13.00 hours, it will present to the press its innovations and expansion plans for the coming months.
