    BLUEBAY GROUP ENTERS THE BRAZILIAN MARKET WITH THREE NEW HOTELSBlueBay Group signs an agreement with investors for the construction of three new hotels in the town of Marica, State of Rio de Janeiro. The hotel group will enter the Brazilian market with the construction of three hotels in the major resort Natura do Rio with 200,000 m2 of construction.

    The complex will include a five-star DeLuxe hotel of the Blue Diamond brand, symbol of distinction of the chain, consisting of luxury hotels in exclusive destinations. The hotel will have 200 rooms and 100 luxury villas opposite an exclusive golf course, with a beach and a beach club, surrounded by tropical gardens and pools. The second of the hotels that will be built will consist of 600 rooms with a luxury spa center that will offer all kinds of wellness and beauty treatments. And finally, to meet the needs of  business tourism the chain plans to build a 200-room BlueBay City hotel with large rooms for conventions and conferences, equipped with the latest technology in services.

    Brazil has become the next big destination for the hotel and tourism investment in Latin America, an investment mainly geared to date in other countries like Mexico, Cuba and Dominican Republic, where BlueBay Group already has a presence. After the football World Cup in 2014 and with the Olympic Games to be held next year, the country has the necessary infrastructure to be able to meet the increasing number of travelers

    With this upcoming opening, BlueBay Group closed Fitur 2015 also marked by the implementation of the chain in Morocco, where it had had no presence to date, with the most prestigious hotel chain brand Blue Diamond Marrakech. In addition, BlueBay Group is planning a strong entry into the region of Middle East and North Africa (MENA) with upcoming openings in Istanbul (Turkey), Ras Al Khaimah, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Fujairah (UAE) and Sharm El Sheikh (Egypt), under the brands of BlueBay Group: Blue Diamond, BlueBay Hotels & Resorts and BelleVue Hotels & Resorts.

    Continuing its growth in the markets where the chain has already been established, BlueBay Group also expands its hotels in Riviera Maya in Mexico, in Spain with two new hotels in the Costa del Sol, in the UAE, Dubai and Panama.
