In the eternal summer of the Caribbean, our desire for fresh, natural and refreshing drinks increase. These healthy drinks also help us to keep in shape.
So, with this in mind, we paid a visit to the Aguamarina restaurant at the Blue Diamond Riviera Maya where the chefs prepared 4 of the most popular juices at the foot of the Caribbean. The recipes are easy to prepare with natural juices and fruit or vegetables and perfect to keep you in shape and cool off.
DETOXIFYING JUICE
Ingredients
200ml of natural orange juice
4 strawberries
1 peach or apricot
8 red grapes
DIGESTIVE JUICE
Ingredients
200ml of natural orange juice
2 plums
1 tablespoon of vanilla
TULUM JUICE
Ingredients
200ml of natural pineapple juice
1 guava
1 Williams pear
1 piece of pineapple (decoration)
EXOTIC GREEN JUICE
Ingredients
200ml of natural pineapple juice
8 spinach leaves
1 piece of prickly pear
1 celery stalk
1 sprig of celery
The preparation is the same for all the recipes.
Method

Wash all the fruit or vegetables and clean it thoroughly

Chop all the fruit into small pieces

Make the natural juice with orange or pineapple until you have about 200ml

Blend the fruit and vegetables together with the juice to get an even consistency

Strain and serve
