This morning, BlueBay Group has presented at its stand at the International Tourism Fair of Madrid its strong growth and international expansion plans. The Spanish chain opts for the area of North Africa and the Middle East with the opening of new hotels and a mega tourist resort.

BLUEBAY GROUP PRESENTS IN MADRID ITS NEW EXPANSION PLANSAs part of its expansion plans, BlueBay Group has set up a strong entry in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) with the next openings in Istambul (Turkey), Ras Al Khaimah, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah y Fujairah (UAE), Sharm El Sheikh (Egypt), Marrakech (Morocco) under BlueBay Group’s brands: Blue Diamond, BlueBay Hotels & Resorts and BelleVue Hotels & Resorts.

Continuing its growth in the markets where the chain has already been established, BlueBay Group also expands its hotel offer in Mexico in Riviera Maya; Spain, with two new hotels in the Costa del Sol; United Arabs Emirates in Dubai and Panama.

In other news, BlueBay Group undertakes a unique project on a global level in Marsa Alam, Egypt. The result will be the largest resort in the world that will have 100 boutique hotel establishments and the first phase will begin in 2018. The large hotel complex will also feature Spa and Wellness centers, a racecourse and horse livery service, business center, recreational and children's centers, theater, beach club and spacious outdoor areas. In turn, the project will develop a large shopping center in the tourist city that will feature over 300 commercial premises with top global brands, a spacious restaurant area with varied international cuisine and cinemas. The mall, which completes the leisure offer of the project, will have an influx of 30,000 people a day.

BlueBay Group closed 2014 with a total of 56 hotels in 28 destinations, including new openings.

Once again this year, BlueBay Group will attend the Fitur, at the stand 8C03 (Hall 8) where, under this scenario, the hotel chain aimed at the sun and beach tourism, is becoming a great protagonist of the development of new tourism destinations, transforming their structures facing opportunities with a new positioning in the global context to respond to these new circumstances and developing expansion plans in the Caribbean, Europe, Middle East and North Africa.
