These General Conditions of Booking (hereinafter referred to as the General Conditions) will regulate the business relationship between GESTION HOTELERA BLUEBAY SL and the user or customer when making a booking using the forms provided by GESTION HOTELERA BLUEBAY SL on its website: www.bluebayresorts.com
These conditions shall apply regardless of the legal regulations on the matter which may apply to each case.
The General Conditions of Contract regulate the distance selling relationship between GESTION HOTELERA BLUEBAY SL and the user or customer, pursuant to legal provisions, particularly to Spanish Law 7/1998, of 13 April, on General Conditions of Contract; to Spanish Law 3/2014, of 27 March, amending the consolidated draft of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users; to Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights; to the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679; to Spanish Law 7/1996, of 15 January, on Retail Trade; and to Spanish Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and E-Commerce.

These modifications may be made through its websites and by any legally acceptable means, and they will be mandatory for as long as they are published on the website and until they are validly amended by subsequent modifications. Notwithstanding the foregoing, GESTION HOTELERA BLUEBAY SL reserves the right to apply, in certain cases, Special Conditions of Contract in preference to the General Conditions when deemed appropriate, notifying them in due time and in proper form.
All the contents on the website are written in Spanish, English, French, German, Russian and Arabic.
GESTION HOTELERA BLUEBAY SL informs that the booking procedure via its websites is detailed in the corresponding booking section.
Once the booking has been made, the user will view their booking information on screen, with the possibility of printing this information as proof of booking.
The booking confirmation and proof of booking (printed by the user) will not be valid as invoice.
