The new area manager adds this position to her extensive experience in the Group as Marketing Director
BlueBay Hotels, one of the leading hotel groups in Spain, with an outstanding presence in national and international destinations, is proud to announce the appointment of Renata Basinska as its new General Manager.
Basinska joined BlueBay Hotels in 2011 as marketing director and has become a member of the group's executive committee. From the outset she has been responsible for developing the overall marketing and positioning strategies for the group's brand portfolio. Her contribution has been essential in consolidating BlueBay Hotels as a strong global brand in all its markets. At the end of last year, Basinska also assumed the responsibility of Chief Commercial Officer, strengthening the group's commercial strategies.
Her successful track record of more than 12 years in the tourism and hospitality industry is backed by a solid academic background that includes an MBA from the European University, a degree in Marketing Leadership and Sales Management from the prestigious Oxford College, as well as her qualification in Digital Marketing, Media and Branding from The Chartered Institute of Marketing. All of this is complemented by a fluent command of 4 languages.

Jamal Satli, Chairman of BlueBay Hotels, highlighted that "Renata knows all aspects of the business" as she has held numerous strategic and corporate development roles, both locally and internationally, throughout her career "in our group". Mr. Satli also highlighted her excellent academic background and her constant dedication to the day-to-day running of the company.
Basinska will lead the BlueBay Hotels team working closely with all departments to achieve high levels of performance and productivity and to take seize new opportunities that will drive BlueBay Hotels' long-term growth.
