Its ingredients are familiar in most cases. Among the most commonly used sauces are tomato, peppers, beans or kidney beans, lime, avocado, chocolate … the flavor of the new world. SANTA FE BURRITOS
ingredients:
200g minced lean beef
oil
1 clove of garlic
2 chiles
4 tortillas 25cm in diameter (large)
100g refried beans, black olives, pitted 12
Manchego cheese 100g
salt, pepper
lettuce
guacamole salsa
preparation:
Soak beans in water for 6-8 hours. Bake in a pan cover with water, onion, garlic and chile, for an hour.
Drain the beans conserving water. Then brown them in a pan with the oil while the crush with a fork. Add part of the cooking water and cook for a few minutes.
Fry ground beef in oil, and add salt, garlic and chile. Heat the tortillas in the oven to soften. After filling with meat, beans, cheese and olives. Close the patties and bake for about 5 minutes.
Serve with guacamole sauce and lettuce.
